November 2025 St. David's Children's Hospital Toy Drive

On November 13, 2025, ACI Central Texas conducted its 2nd annual toy drive benefiting St. David’s Children’s Hospital at the North Austin Medical Center. Donations were collected at our chapter meeting and the toys were dropped off with the Child Life department on December 8, 2025. Special thanks to Amanda and Bryan Angelo for purchasing the toy's with the donations. Child Life Specialists will facilitate therapeutic and medical play activities using the donated toys for children to help educate, decrease pain and anxiety, promote normalization, allow for expression, and support optimal development and coping during hospitalizations.

The toy drive is a testament to the spirit of giving and community that defines ACI Central Texas. We are proud of the heartwarming impact our volunteers have made and are grateful to everyone who donated. Shoutout to Sabrina Garber for coordinating a $500 company match from Transtec COMMAND Center for the Toy Drive! Together, we are spreading joy and making the holiday season a little brighter for children in our community.
